Crockpot Budget Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut into thin strips
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1 large onion, sliced
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
* 1 1/2 cups beef broth
* 1 tablespoon ketchup
* 2 tablespoon dry white wine
* 4 to 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms, lightly sauteed in butter
* 1/3 cup flour
* 1 cup sour cream

Beef Stroganoff Recipe Instructions :
Sprinkle steak strips with salt and pepper; place in the bottom of crockpot with the sliced onion. Mix garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon and ketchup. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until tender. Turn control to high and add sauteed mushrooms. Dissolve flour in a small amount of cold water. Add to meat mixture, stirring until blended. Cook on high for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream; turn slow cooker off. Serve with hot cooked noodles. The Beef Stroganoff Recipe makes 6 servings...enjoy it !

Quick and Easy Beef Stroganoff Recipe...try this one !
BEEF STROGANOFF RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

* 12 ounces sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
* 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
* 1 small onion, halved and sliced
* 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
* 1/2 cup sliced green onions

BEEF STROGANOFF RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef strips, onion, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes, until beef is cooked and onions are tender. Add sour cream and dill weed; stir to blend. Taste and add salt, as needed. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with green onions. Serve with hot buttered noodles or rice. Beef Stroganoff Recipe Ingredients

* 1 London Broil steak, about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds, thinly sliced
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup, low-fat or Healthy Request
* 1/2 cup chopped onions, optional
* 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, optional
* 1 tablespoon Gravy Master, Kitchen Bouquet or other browning sauce
* 1/2 cup light sour cream

Beef Stroganoff Recipe Instructions
Combine steak, soup, onions, mushrooms and browning sauce in crockery. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Add sour cream 20 minutes before serving time. Serve over noodles or rice.

Beef Stroganoff Recipe Ingredients

* 2 pounds beef chuck roast
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 4 ounces butter
* 4 green onions, sliced (white parts only)
* 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed beef broth
* 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
* 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
* 1/3 cup sour cream
* 1/3 cup white wine
* salt to taste
* ground black pepper to taste

Beef Stroganoff Recipe Instructions

1. Remove any fat and gristle from the roast and cut into strips 1/2 inch thick by 2 inches long. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of both salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the beef strips quickly, then push the beef strips off to one side. Add the onions and cook slowly for 3 to 5 minutes, then push to the side with the beef strips.
3. Stir the flour into the juices on the empty side of the pan. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower the heat and stir in mustard. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
4. Five minutes before serving, stir in the mushrooms, sour cream, and white wine. Heat briefly then salt and pepper to taste.

Beef Stroganoff Recipe Ingredients

* 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
* 2 large onions, chopped
* 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
* 1 teaspoon dried basil
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 cup sour cream
* cooked rice or noodles

Beef Stroganoff Recipe Instructions

1. Dredge meat in flour. In a skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat; saute onions until tender. Remove from pan; set aside. Melt remaining butter and brown meat on all sides. Add broth, basil, salt and pepper, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and onions. Cook until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
